Insurance claim support
Help with the insurance repair process
We document the damage, prepare the repair estimate, and communicate with the insurance company while keeping you informed about the work on your vehicle.
Start with an inspection
An insurance estimate begins with the damage that can be documented at the time of inspection. We record the affected areas, prepare the initial repair operations, and identify conditions that may require a closer look after damaged parts are removed.
If additional damage becomes visible during disassembly, the repair plan may need a supplement. That documentation gives the insurance company the information it needs to review changes to the original estimate.
Know who makes each decision
Our team handles repair documentation and can communicate with the insurance company about the estimate, photos, parts, and supplemental damage. The insurer decides what the policy covers and which charges it will approve. You remain the vehicle owner and stay part of the repair conversation.
What to send with your request
If a claim is already open, include the insurance company and claim number when you request an estimate. Photos of the damaged areas can help us understand the situation before the vehicle arrives, although an in-person inspection may still be needed.
No claim yet?
You can contact us before or after speaking with your insurance company. The insurance fields on our estimate form are optional, so send the vehicle and damage details you have. We’ll explain what we need to review next.
