This policy explains what information we collect through the website, why we use it, and the choices available when you contact us.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate or contact the shop, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, vehicle details, damage description, and the insurance information you choose to provide. You may also upload photos of the vehicle and damage.
How we use the information
We use the information to review your request, contact you, prepare for an inspection, coordinate a repair or appointment, and maintain records related to that conversation. Information may be sent to the service providers used to operate the estimate, photo-upload, customer-management, and scheduling features. We do not sell form submissions.
Analytics, advertising, and call measurement
We use Google Tag Manager to operate Google Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement, and the Meta Pixel. These tools may record page views, successful estimate requests and bookings, clicks on telephone links, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, and advertising identifiers. Tracking tags load when a page is opened.
For visitors who arrive through Google Ads, Google may temporarily replace the telephone number displayed on the website with a Google forwarding number. This lets us measure whether an ad-driven call occurred and whether it met the configured call-duration threshold. Google processes this call-measurement data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Advertising attribution storage
When available in the page URL, we store UTM campaign values and the Google or Meta click identifiers gclid, gbraid, wbraid, and fbclid, together with the landing page and referrer. First-touch and most recent campaign-touch details are kept in the browser for up to 90 days and may be sent with an estimate request to our customer-management system so we can understand how the request originated.
The website’s analytics data layer does not include the customer’s email address, telephone number, VIN, insurance claim number, damage description, or uploaded photographs. Meta Conversions API and Google Enhanced Conversions are not currently enabled.
Text messages
If you separately agree to SMS updates, we may text you about your estimate request or appointment. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future text messages.
Browser drafts and uploaded files
The estimate form may save text fields in your browser while you complete the steps. Photos are not included in that browser draft. After a successful submission, the saved text draft is cleared. Uploaded photos are transmitted with the estimate request and may be stored with the related customer or repair record.
Your choices
You can choose not to provide optional insurance information or photos. You may contact us to ask about the personal information associated with your request or to update inaccurate contact details.
