What the service covers
Two dents that look similar from a distance may need different repairs. Depth, location, access behind the panel, sharp creases, stretched metal, panel material, and paint condition all affect what can be done. We inspect those details before recommending paintless or conventional repair.
Paintless dent repair
Paintless dent repair may be an option when the original finish is intact and the technician can safely work the metal back toward its original shape. It is commonly considered for certain door dings, shallow dents, and hail-type damage, but not every dent is a candidate.
Conventional dent repair
A dent with cracked paint, a sharp body line, stretched metal, poor access, or collision damage around it may require body repair and refinishing. In those cases, the goal is to restore the panel shape, prepare the surface, and refinish the affected area as one complete repair.
